Quality of food OK, but only actually get what I specifically ordered about half the time, even when ordering in store. Often missing the sauce I asked for, cheese missing etc. Hopeless ordering over the phone, just get the feeling that they don't pay attention to getting it right.

Been here about 8 times and they always get my order wrong - example I didn’t ask for the olives. Also the chicken is always gristley, and the satay sauce tastes awful.

Annoyed from the start ordering online. Can't choose more than 1 sauce. So, BBQ for all and think of maybe adding some chilli sauce at home. Way too much sauce to add any more. They were soggy. Kebabs should be slightly crisp, decent weight, and a good balance between fresh and meat, and a good balance of sauce. Shame, we expected better.
